Hens

While I was choppin away making the roll-ups for the potluck my mother and dad were at the cabin feasting on Cornish hens. Yum! They look delish!

Mother stuffs them with sauteed celery, onions and mushrooms. I think I’ll have to make these soon because now I’m craving them!!!

I know- they are really roughin it up there are the cabin - huh.
